By purchasing and downloading sheet music from this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service, Licensing Conditions, and Refund Policy.
1. All Sales Are Final (Refund Policy)
Due to the immediate access and non-returnable nature of downloadable digital files (PDFs), all sales are final and non-refundable once a purchase is completed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2. Download Limits & Delivery
- Download Limit: Each link grants one (1) successful download of the purchased PDF file.
- Time Expiration: Download links remain active for 48 hours from the time of purchase.
- Storage: Please download and save your PDF files to your computer or personal device immediately after purchase.
- Technical Support: If your link expires before downloading, or if your file becomes corrupted, please reach out via our contact form with your order number. We will verify your purchase and issue a replacement link.
3. Sheet Music Licensing & Permitted Uses
A. Performance Rights
Purchasing a score grants you (or your designated organization) a non-exclusive license to perform the piece with your ensemble alone as many times as you wish.
B. Instrumental & Ensemble Part Copying
For instrumental, band, or chamber works, you are permitted to print as many copies of individual parts as necessary, provided that all printed copies are used strictly by and within your own ensemble.
C. Choral Music (Group License)
Choral scores on this site are not sold on a per-copy basis. Purchasing a choral score grants your specific choir, school, or organization an ensemble license to print as many copies as needed for the members of your group.
4. Copyright & Prohibited Uses
All works, scores, and parts remain the copyrighted intellectual property of Adam Fultz. Your purchase grants a limited license for use, not a transfer of ownership.
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Sharing, emailing, or transferring digital PDF files to other ensembles, conductors, directors, schools, or third parties.
- Printing physical copies for use by any ensemble other than your own.
- Uploading PDF files to public file-sharing platforms, cloud drives, or social media networks.
- Reselling, renting, or sublicensing the music.
5. Contact & Support If you have questions regarding these terms, need extended licensing (such as commercial audio/video recording rights), or require help with an order, please reach out via our contact form.
